Currently, The Center for the Arts presents ‘Murder at Cafe Noir’, a dinner theater production beginning July 10, 20010 and runs through the 24th. Outback Steak House will catered this fun murder mystery, which has enjoyed weekly productions coast to coast ever since its premiere in 1989! The mystery revolves around a Private Eye, Rick Archer’s search for a runaway, a female who has more curves than the west coast highway.
After a stunning 2-year run at the Maple Street Grille in the historic downtown Murfreesboro Square , ‘Jack & Diane – Music Circle South’, will be hosted by The Center for the Arts. This dynamic duo excel at delivering original music in an intimate setting. All songwriters that join Jack & Diane are by ‘Invitation Only’, ensuring high-quality and consistent entertainment every time.
The Center for the Arts has proudly announced the Center Stage Academy performances. Center Stage Academy day camp is offered for children in grades 1 through 12. Students will learn all aspects of theater and the performing arts. The first half of the day is 3-classes consisting of : music, dance and acting. The 2nd half of the day is spent rehearsing an actual mini-musical production.
